Transform Your Thinking...Transform Your Life

Did you know that your thoughts can create reality?  Seems pretty far fetched, I thought.  That is, until I read Pam Grout's book E-Squared: Nine Do-It-Yourself Energy Experiments That Prove Your Thoughts Create Your Reality.   Yes, that's right... prove your thoughts create your reality.

I'll give you a true story from one of my own 'experiments'.  One day back in 2013, I wanted to test this concept and meditated for about 10 minutes after I woke up, specifically about money.  I visualized holding money and attracting money to me.  Then I started on with my day and kind of forgot about it.  I was driving on the road heading to work and was stunned to see cash blowing in the wind and landing on the road in front of me.  No. Freaking. Way.  This is way too crazy...

I made a U-turn and parked my car in a lot next to the road.  Sure enough, I found several $20 bills on the ground and a person's wallet.  I looked and no one was around to ask whose it was.  The wallet had over $120 in it and no ID other than a bank card.  I tried searching on social media and googled the name on the bank card, but was unable to find any information.  Finally, I ended up calling the bank listed on the bank card and they contacted the person with my information, so he could pick up his wallet and cash.

If you don't believe me, (and trust me, I would understand if you don't, since I didn't at first) just try some of Pam's experiments.  They don't take too much time, are fun to do and I'm sure you will be really surprised with the results!

But ultimately what does all this mean?  If your thoughts do influence and create reality, how important does it become to manage your thoughts to manifest the things you want in your life?  If you recognize negative experiences on auto-repeat in your life, maybe you should evaluate what thoughts are consuming your mind.  Do you criticize yourself with negative talk, lack of confidence and self hate, then your life could be turning into a nightmare!!  So focus on what you DO want in your life.  Take the time to meditate and visualize in your mind's eye the life you want to live and the person you want to be.  Start loving yourself and being grateful for the people in your life and the things you enjoy and see your life magically transform!!
